AmCham Estonia is pleased to announce the election of Kristina Schotter, Attorney at Law and Managing Associate at COBALT Legal, as the new Chair of the AmCham Healthcare Committee.
Kristina brings over two decades of legal experience, having practiced law since 2004. Her core expertise lies in dispute resolution, with a strong focus on the pharmaceutical and life sciences sectors. She has led numerous high-profile pharma cases, including patent litigation and disputes related to marketing authorizations and reimbursement listings. Kristina also leads the Healthcare and Life Sciences sector team at COBALT Estonia, further strengthening her deep engagement with the industry.
Kristina succeeds Elo Tamm, Attorney at Law and Partner at COBALT, who has served as the Chair of the Healthcare Committee since its inception in January 2016. Under Elo’s leadership, the Committee has grown into a vibrant platform for industry dialogue and advocacy, playing a crucial role in shaping healthcare policy discussions in Estonia.
